Taking Pictures
You can set the shutter speed and aperture value. This mode is suitable
to take pictures of your choice by combining them. This mode is
convenient for taking pictures using the same combination of the shutter
speed and aperture settings or taking intentionally underexposed
(darker) or over-exposed (brighter) photographs.

Set the mode dial to a.

Turn the e-dial to change the
shutter speed/aperture value.
Use the m button to switch between the
shutter speed and the aperture value and
to change the settings. In the default state,
shutter speed is selected.

When using the flash, press the b button.
