Various Shooting Functions

Assigning the Fn (Function) button (GP.150) to [AF/MF] and then
pressing the Fn (Function) button during shooting allows you to
switch between auto focus (AF) and manual focus (MF). Pressing
the Fn (Function) button switches between auto focus and manual
focus depending on the [FOCUS] setting on the shooting setting
menu, as shown below.
* The last selected AF mode (MULTI AF or SPOT AF) is selected.

With the camera ready to
shoot, press the Fn (Function)
button.
When the focus mode changes to
manual focus, the [MF] symbol
appears at the upper right of the
screen.
When the focus mode changes to auto
focus (MULTI AF or SPOT AF), the
[MF] symbol disappears.
Caution------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When [FOCUS] is set to [SNAP] or [A], pressing the Fn (Function) button does not
switch AF/MF.
