Erasing the Sound Memos
Select in Step 2 on the previous page.
zYou cannot attach sound memos to movies.
zYou cannot record or playback sound memos for images that
already have an incompatible sound file attached. If you attempt
to record or play such images, the “Incompatible WAVE format”
message will display. Incompatible sound files can be deleted
with this camera.
zSound memos for protected images cannot be erased (p. 139).
zThe volume can be adjusted in the Set up menu (p. 51).
If you set [Mute] to [On] in the Set up menu (p. 51), no sound is
reproduced, however, you can resume the sound and adjust the
volume during movie playback by pressing the S or T arrow on
the omni selector.
