Installing the USB driver
Start the following operation without
connecting the USB cable to your
computer.
Connect the USB cable according to
“Making the computer recognise the
camcorder”.
If you are using Windows 2000 Professional or
Windows XP Home Edition/Professional, log in
with permission of Administrators.
(1)Turn on your computer and allow Windows
to load.
(2)Insert the supplied CD-ROM into the CD-
ROM drive of your computer. The application
software starts up and the title screen appears.
(3)Move the cursor to “USB Driver” and click.
This starts USB driver installation.
(4)Follow the on-screen messages to install the
USB driver.
(5)Remove the CD-ROM and then restart the
computer, in accordance with the instructions
on the screen.

De USB driver installeren
Start de volgende handeling zonder de
USB-kabel aan te sluiten op uw computer.
Sluit de USB kabel aan zoals beschreven
onder “De camcorder laten herkennen
door de computer”.
Indien u werkt onder Windows 2000 Professional
of Windows XP Home Edition/Professional,
moet u zich aanmelden met de toelating van
Administrators.
(1)Zet uw computer aan en laat Windows laden.
(2)Plaats de meegeleverde CD-ROM in de CD-
ROM drive van uw computer. Het
toepassingsprogramma start en het
titelscherm verschijnt.
(3)Breng de cursor naar “USB Driver” en klik.
De installatie van de USB driver start.
(4)Volg de instructies op het scherm om de USB
driver te installeren.
(5)Verwijder de CD-ROM en start de computer
opnieuw zoals op het scherm staat
aangegeven.
