Taking Pictures
9 Press the shutter release button fully.
Interval shooting starts.
Between shots, the camera turns off. The remaining number of
pictures and interval time will be displayed on the LCD monitor when
you press the power switch on during standby.
If you press the 3 button, the message [Stop interval shooting?]
will be displayed. To cancel interval shooting, press the 4 button.
Interval shooting is not possible in C, F and G modes.
Interval shooting cannot be used when the quality level is set to
TIFF. Also, in interval shooting, the TIFF quality level cannot be
selected.
The Interval Shooting menu in Step 3 above can also be displayed
from the [A Rec. Mode] menu.
In interval shooting, all pictures are taken under the same shooting
conditions as the first picture. Items set to Auto are stored as Auto
settings. When the focus mode is set to AF, the autofocus is
adjusted for each shot.
Interval shooting stops and the camera turns off automatically
when the SD Memory Card runs out of memory space.
•Press the 3 button twice in Step 2 or 7 to return to Step 1 and
change the setting.
