Taking Pictures

Pictures can be taken with multiple images superimposed on each other.
1 Set the mode dial to a mode other than F, G, C, 7
or O.
2 Press the ( button in Capture
mode to display 8 on the LCD
monitor.
When the camera has images that have
been recorded, the screen for selecting the
initial image, to which other images are
superimposed, appears. Go to Step 3.
When there are no still images in the camera, [Base Image Shooting]
appears and the camera returns to Capture mode. Go to Step 3’.
3 Use the four-way controller (45) to choose the base
image and press the 4 button.
The selected image will appear in transparent form on the LCD
monitor.
Superimposing One Picture on Top of Another
(Multiple Exposure Mode)
Multiple exposure shooting is not possible when the quality level is
set to TIFF. Also, in Multiple Exposure mode, the TIFF quality level
cannot be selected.
