Set the LINE/MIC/+48 V ON
selector to +48 V ON if you use
an external power supply type
microphone. Otherwise, set the
selector to MIC.

Set the AUDIO IN switch for the channel to
which the microphone is connected to REAR.
5-5-2 Using an External Microphone
You can connect up to two external microphones, using the AUDIO IN
CH-1 and CH-2 connectors. When you use an external power supply
type microphone, set the LINE/MIC/+48 V ON selector for the
appropriate AUDIO IN connector to +48 V ON.
If a microphone you use is not the external power supply type, set the
LINE/MIC/+48 V ON selector to MIC.
