Canonconsumerdigital videoequipmentiswarrantedundernormal,non-commerciaLpersonaluse,againstdetacUvematerialsorworkmanshipas

Parts:Defectivepartswillbeexchangedfornewpartsor,atCanonCanada'soption,comparablerebuiltpartsfor apedodof oneyearfrom thedateof
originalpurchase,exceptVideoHeadswhich wiiibe exchangedfora periodof g monthsfromthedate ofpurchase.
Labour:Foraperiodofoneyearfromthedateof odginalpurchase,leqourwill beprovidedfreeofchargebyourCanonServicePacilitiesinCanada.
Thislimitedwarrantycoversaiidefectsexceptwhere:
(a)Thelossordamagetotile productresultsfrom:
i) accident,naturaldisaster,mishandling,abuse,neglect,unauthorizedproductmodificationorfailuretofollowinstrucRonscontainedintile
instructionmanual;
if) foeuseofaeeessodes,aNachmeMs,producta,suppfies,partsordeviceswtih foisCanonprodutathatdo notconformtaCanon
spacificationsorthatcauseabnormallyfrequentserviceproblems;
iii) reqaUsorservicespartormeqbyanypartyotherfoana CanonServiceFacility;
iv) detactivebatiedesoranyexpesurefowafor,saodordirt;
v) shipping(cldm mustbepresentodtofoeshippet);
(b)Anyserialnumberon thevideoequipmentisdforeqor removed.
(c)Thedigitalvideoequipmentisusedfor commercial,protassionaloriodustdalpurposes.
Thislimitedwarrantydoesnot covertilecabinet(exteriorfinish)ofthedigitalvideoequipment,DVDdiscs,nordoesitapplytodigitalvideoequipment
purchasedoutsideCanada.
TOOBTAINWARRANTYSERVIDE
ShipyourCanondigital videoequipmentinitsodgin_car:on,boxor equivalent,properlypacked,fullyinsuredwithshippingchargesprepaid,
togetherwitha copyofyourbillofsaleorotherproofofparodaseanda desctiNionoftheproblemtoanyoftheCanonServicePaciliResin Canada.

Exceptasotherwiserequiredbyappficablelegislation,this warrantyis inlieuofall otherwarranges,conditions,guaranteesorrepresentations,
expressorimplied,sfotataryor otherwise,relativetothisCanonproduct,includingimpliedwarrantiesor conditionsofmerchantabilityorfitnessfora

toanyexpressorimpliedwarranties,conditions,guaranteesorrepresentations.Anyrecoveryunderthis lingtodwarrantyshallnotexceedtile
purchasepriceoftheproduct.CanonCanadadoesnotassumeorauthorizeanyotherpersontaassumefor CanonCanadaanyofoerliabilitywith
