You can record a still picture like a photograph
for about seven seconds. This mode is useful
when you want to enjoy a picture such as you
would a photograph or when you print a picture
using a video printer (not supplied).
We recommend you to use the HVL-FDH video
flash light (not supplied) when shooting in the
dark. Attach the video flash light to the accessory
shoe. When appears, the video flash light is
ready for flashing.
(1)Turn STANDBY up to PHOTO STANDBY.
(2)Keep pressing START/STOP lightly until a
still picture appears.
PHOTO MEMORY appears.
To change the still picture, release START/
STOP, select a still picture again, and then
press and hold START/STOP lightly.
(3)Press START/STOP deeper.
The still picture in the viewfinder is recorded for
about seven seconds. The sound during those
seven seconds is also recorded.

Notes on photo recording
•During photo recording, you cannot use the
DIGITAL EFFECT button and FADER button.
•If you turn STANDBY up to PHOTO
STANDBY while using the DIGITAL EFFECT
function, the operation being executed is
cancelled.
•When recording a still picture, do not shake the
comcorder. The picture may fluctuate.
•The shutter speed is automatically adjusted up
to 1/1000 second depending on the
environment.
•When flashes, the appropriate brightness
may not be obtained.

Usted podrá grabar una imagen fija al igual que
una fotografía durante unos siete segundos. Este
modo será muy útil cuando desee disfrutar de
una imagen como lo haría con una fotografía, o
para imprimir una imagen utilizando una
videoimpresora (no suministrada).
Le recomendamos que utilice un flash y lámpara
para vídeo HVL-FDH (no suministrado) cuando
videofilme en la obscuridad. Fije el flash y
lámpara para vídeo en la zapata para accesorios.
Cuando aparezca , el flash y lámpara para
vídeo estarán listos para funcionar.
(1)Gire STANDBY hasta PHOTO STANDBY.
(2)Mantenga ligeramente presionada START/
STOP hasta que aparezca una imagen fija.
Aparecerá PHOTO MEMORY.
Para cambiar la imagen fija, suelte START/
STOP, vuelva a seleccionar otra imagen fija, y
después mantenga ligeramente presionada
START/STOP.
(3)Presione a fondo START/STOP.
La imagen fija del visor se grabará durante unos
siete segundos. El sonido durante estos siete
segundos también se grabará.

fotografía
•Durante la grabación a modo de fotografía,
usted no podrá utilizar la tecla DIGITAL
EFFECT ni la tecla FADER.
•Si gira STANDBY hasta PHOTO STANDBY
mientras esté utilizando la función efectos
digitales, la operación que esté ejecutando se
cancelará.
•Cuando grabe una imagen fija, no sacuda la
videocámara. La imagen podría fluctuar.
•La velocidad de obturación se ajustará
automáticamente hasta 1/1000 segundos
dependiendo de las condiciones ambientales.
•Cuando esté parpadeando , es posible que no
obtenga el brillo apropiado.
