Focusing manually
When focusing manually, first focus in telephoto
before recording, and then reset the shot length.
(1)Set FOCUS to MANUAL. The f indicator
appears in the viewfinder.
(2)Move the power zoom lever to the “T” side
until the lever reaches the end.
(3)Turn the NEAR/FAR dial to achieve a sharp
focus.
(4)Set the desired shot length using the power
zoom lever.
To return to autofocus mode
Set FOCUS to AUTO. The f indicator in the
viewfinder disappears.
Shooting in relatively dark places
Shoot at wide-angle after focusing in the
telephoto position.
To record a very distant subject
Push FOCUS down to INFINITY. The lens
focuses on the most distant subject while FOCUS
is held down. When it is released, manual focus
mode is resumed.
Use this function when shooting through a
window or a screen, to focus on a most distant
subject.
Note on manual focusing
The following indicators may appear:
when recording a very distant subject.
when the subject is too close to focus on.

Cuando enfoque manualmente, hágalo en primer
lugar en telefoto antes de videofilmar, y después
ajuste la distancia de videofilmación.
(1)Ponga FOCUS en MANUAL. En el visor
aparecerá el indicador f.
(2)Mueva la palanca del zoom motorizado hasta
el lado “T” hasta que llegue al final.
(3)Gire el dial NEAR/FAR hasta enfocar con
nitidez.
(4)Ajuste la distancia de videofilmación deseada
utilizando la palanca del zoom motorizado.
Para volver al modo de enfoque
automático
Ponga FOCUS en AUTO. El indicador f
desaparecerá del visor.
Para videofilmar en lugares relativamente
oscuros
Videofilme en gran angular después de haber
enfocado en telefoto.
Para videofilmar a una distancia muy
corta del motivo
Empuje FOCUS hasta INFINITY. El objetivo
enfocará el motivo más distante mientras
mantenga presionada FOCUS. Cuando la suelte,
se restablecerá el enfoque manual.
Utilice esta función para videofilmar a través de
una ventana o una reja, a fin de enfocar el motivo
más lejano.
Nota sobre el enfoque manual
Es posible que aparezcan los indicadores
siguientes:
cuando videofilme un motivo muy distante.
cuando el motivo se encuentre demasiado
cerca como para poder enfocarlo.
