Notes on lithium battery
•Keep the lithium battery out of the reach of
children.
Should the battery be swallowed,
immediately consult a doctor.
•Wipe the battery with a dry cloth to assure a
good contact.
•Do not hold the battery with metallic tweezers,
otherwise a short-circuit may occur.
•Note that the lithium battery has a positive (+)
and a negative (–) terminals as illustrated. Be
sure to install the lithium battery so that
terminals on the battery match the terminals
on the camcorder.

Changing the lithium
battery in the camcorder
Your camcorder is supplied with a lithium
battery installed. When the battery becomes
weak or dead, the I indicator flashes in the
viewfinder for about 5 seconds when you set the
POWER switch to CAMERA. In this case,
replace the battery with a Sony CR2025 or
Duracell DL-2025 lithium battery. Use of any
other battery may present a risk of fire or
explosion. Discard used batteries according to
the manufacturer’s instructions.
The lithium battery for the camcorder lasts for
about 1 year under normal operation. (The
lithium battery that comes installed at the factory
may not last 1 year.)

Cambio de la pila de
litio de la videocámara
Su videocámara se suministra con una pila de litio
instalada. Cuando la pila se debilite o agote, en el
visor o en la pantalla de cristal líquido parpadeará
el indicador I durante unos 5 segundos cuando
ponga el selector POWER en CAMERA. En este
caso, reemplace la pila por otra de litio CR2025
Sony o Duracell DL-2025. La utilización de
cualquier otra pila podría suponer el riesgo de
incendio o explosión. Deseche las pilas usadas de
acuerdo con las instrucciones del fabricante.
La pila de litio para la videocámara durará
aproximadamente 1 año en condiciones normales
de funcionamiento. (La pila de litio instalada en
fábrica en la videocámara puede que no dure
1 año.)
ADVERTENCIA
La pila de litio puede explotar si no se trata
adecuadamente. No la cargue, desarme ni tire al
fuego.
