Troubleshooting and Support
I get an error
message
when
transferring
images to my
computer.
A power surge
or electrostatic
discharge may
have
interrupted the
transfer.
Close the HP Image Zone Transfer
software, remove the camera from
the cradle or dock, and reset the
camera (see page 126). Then,
restart the image transfer process
(see page 97).
I am having a
problem
installing or
using the
HP Image
Zone
software.
