Trouble?
Cannot complete a wireless connection to the camcorder.
-Resetting the camcorder’s settings using 1 > q > [Reset
All] will reset the camcorder’s SSID (network name) and change the
network passwords. Erase the camcorder’s previous network set-
tings from the iOS or Android device and connect the device to the
camcorder again.
The Playback via Browser screen does not appear correctly on the
Web browser.
- The device, operating system or Web browser used may not be
supported. For the latest information about supported systems,
visit your local Canon Web site.
-Enable JavaScript and cookies in your Web browser’s set
tings. For
details, refer to the help modules or online documentation of the
Web browser used.

Back up recordings regularly
-This message may appear when you turn on the camcorder. In the
event of a malfunction, recordings may be lost so save your
recordings regularly (A 149).
HBuilt-in memory error
- The built-in memory could not be read. Contact a Canon Service
Center.
