4. On the EPSON Photo!3 Camera menu, click the
thumbnail of the image you want to use.
5. Drag the photo from the Camera menu to your
document. After a few seconds you will see the
drop cursor. If your application does not support
drag-and-drop, the drop cursor does not appear.
6. Position the drop cursor appropriately in your
document and release the mouse button. A copy
of the photo is inserted into your document at the
specified location.
Inserting a photo by importing
If your application does not support OLE2 or TWAIN,
you can save your photos in a folder on your computer
and then import them into the application from that
folder. Follow these steps to insert a picture by
importing.
Note:
You cannot use this method to insert video clip files or audio
recording files.
1. Open EPSON Photo!3 as described in “Opening
EPSON Photo!3 directly” on page 2-2.
2. Click the thumbnail of the image that you want to
save.
To save two or more files at once, hold down the
Ctrl
button (for Windows) or the Command
button (for Macintosh) and click the thumbnails
of the photos that you want to select, or hold down
the
Shift
button and click the first and last
thumbnails in a series.
Click the
Select All
button to save all of the files
stored in that folder.
3. Click the
Export Photos
button. A dialog box
appears allowing you to select a folder, specify a
file name, select a file format, and save the photos.
You can save photos in JPEG, BMP, PCX, or PICT
(for Macintosh only) format.

If you want to improve the image quality of your
photos, select the
PhotoEnhance
check box
before clicking
Export Photos
. Transferring takes
longer when using this feature.This feature works
only for photos taken with an EPSON camera.

If you have selected multiple photos to export,
EPSON Photo!3 will use the filename that you
have specified as a prefix, and use that prefix along
with a unique number to designate each photo.
