for peripherals during the hardware warranty of the product. If the product
is still under warranty, the customer should call (208) 323-2551. If the
product is out of warranty, the customer has two options.
The customer can call 1 (900) 555-1500 at $2.50 per minute.
The customer can call 1 (800) 999-1148 at $25.00 per call using
VISA or MasterCard.

To ensure the call is dealt with quickly, have the following information
ready:
The product model number and serial number.
The operating system version and the configuration.
A description of the software installed and the accessories used.

Assistance from the Hewlett-Packard North American Customer Support
Center is available Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain time,
except Wednesday when the hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
