Step 3: Turningthe
poweron and setting
the date andtime
Set the date and time when using this
camcorder for the first time. If you do not
set the date attd time, the [CLOCK SET]
screen appears every time you ttlrll on your
camcorder or change the POWER switch
position.

The [CLOCK SET] screen appears.

You can set any year up to the year
2079.
3 Move to [M] (month) with [_E3,
then set with I_/l_.
4 Move to [D] (day) with [_E_,then
set with I_/l_ and repeat for the
hour and minute.
For midnight, set it to 12:00 AM.
For midday, set it to 12:00 PM.
5 Make sure the date and time
settings are correct, then touch

Toreset the date andtime
You can set the desired dale and lime by
touching Ig_gffOI--+ _/[_] --+ [CLOCK
SET] (p. 39).

discharged and the dale and lime setlings may
be cleared liom the mmnory. In that case,
charge tile rcchargeable bal*ery and then set the
dale and lime again (p. 99).
