You cannot play back a tape.
Slide thePOWER s_itch toturn on the
PLAY/EDIT lamp.
• Rewind the tape (p. 28).
You cannot play back in reverse
direction.
• Reverse playback is not possible with the
tape recorded in the HDV lbrmat.
Image data stored on a "Memory
Stick Duo" cannot be played back.
• hnagc data cannot he played hack if you
have modified file names or folders, or
have edited the data on a computer (In this
case, the file name flashes). This is not a
malfimction (p. 93).
• Pictures recorded on other devices rely not
be played back or may not appear in their
actual size. This is not a malfunction
/p. 93).
Horizontal lines appear on the
picture. The displayed pictures are
not clear or do not appear.
• Clean thehead using the cleaning cassette
(optional) (p. 97).
You cannot hear the sound recorded
with 4CH MIC REC on another
camcorder. DV

Fine patterns flicker, diagonal lines
look jagged.

No sound or only a low sound is

component video plug, make sure the red
and white plugs of the A/V connecting
cable are also connected (p. 34).
Sounds cannot be recorded while shooting a
3 second-movie/approx.) using [SMTH
