When the Interval Rec setting is On,
sets the interval for Interval Rec
shooting.
Pre-Lighting Off/2sec/5sec/10sec If you want the video light to be
turned on before Interval Rec
shooting, select a number of seconds
before the start of shooting. If you
do not want it to be turned on, select
Off.
