On the printer's front panel, select the
icon, then select Replace printheads.

Turn off the printer at the front panel.

To avoid an electric shock, switch the printer off and unplug it.

Open the printer window.

Find the printhead drop detector to the right of the printhead carriage.

Remove any debris blocking the printhead drop detector.
