Condensation may be
present in the camera
or PCMCIA card.
Condensation may be present if the
camera is moved from a relatively
cold environment (like an air
conditioned hotel room), into a
warm, humid environment. We
recommend that you allow
sufficient time for the camera to
normalize within the specified
environmental ranges before
operation.
The data on the
PCMCIA card is
fragmented.
Run a utility program (not supplied
with the camera system) that
includes “defragger” capability, or
move files from the card to your
computer hard disk and reformat
the card with the supplied software
driver.
The PCMCIA card is
damaged or defective.
Try another card.
There are unexpected
delays when reading from
or writing to a PCMCIA
card.
The battery is cold. Warm the battery to room
temperature.
