When the controller is being used
Either set the iris to auto or set it to manual and adjust the iris manually.

Check the connections and terminations of the video cables.
Signal attenuation may cause the images to become dark if the video
cables are too long. Connect a commercially available cable compensator.
Check that the unit and lens have been connected properly.
Check that the iris selector switch on the lens is set to AUTO.
