- The normally scan
document is ejected to
the stacker and the
mechanism system is
stopped.
- Check if the lamp or
heater is attached
correctly. Replace
lamp according to the
replacement method.
- If turning the power
on again does not
recover the scanner,
contact the
maintenance staff.
