Automatically Correcting Skewed Images
When the documents are fed into the ADF skewed, the
skewed images can be detected and straightened
automatically.
Note that upon deskewing the images, the paper size of the
documents are also detected automatically.
1 Load the documents in the ADF paper chute.
For details, refer to "Chapter 2 How to Load Documents" (page 37).
2 Start up ScandAll PRO and select the [Scan] menu J
[Scanner Setting].
D The [TWAIN Driver (32)] dialog box appears.
3 Click the [Option] button.
D The [Option] dialog box appears.
5.4 Configuring Post-Scan Operations and Handling
Note that the image may be output a few mm larger than the
document to avoid any part of the image to appear missing.
For details about automatic page size detection, refer to "
Conditions for Automatic Page Size Detection" (page 49).
Original Output image
If the [TWAIN Driver (32)] dialog box does not appear,
check the setting in ScandAll PRO by selecting the [Tool]
menu J [Preferences] to open the [Setup] dialog box,
then confirm that [TWAIN] is selected for [Device Driver]
in the [Scan] tab.
