Use only the specified battery
(GSC-BT5).
Use of a battery other than
specified might cause fire,
damage, or malfunction.
Do not leave battery within the
reach of small children.
Swallowing the battery or the
remote controller’s coin-sized
lithium battery might cause
poisoning. If you accidentally
swallow the battery, contact a
doctor immediately.
If fluid leaks from the battery
and comes into contact your
eyes, immediately wash your
eyes with clean, running water,
and ask a physician for
treatment.
Leaving your eyes in this
condition might cause eye
damage.
Do not remove the battery
immediately after the camera
has been used for a long time.
The battery becomes hot during
use.
Touching a hot battery might
cause burns.
Do not insert unusable battery
or discharged battery.
Otherwise, the battery may
rupture, ignite or heat up,
resulting in fire, burns, or injury.
Before storing the battery,
attach insulating tape to both
the plus (+) and (–) electrodes.
Storing battery as it is might
cause the battery to leak fluid,
heat up or rupture, resulting in
burns or injury.
Insert the battery carefully
making sure that its polarities
(marked by + and –) are facing
the correct way.
Inserting the battery with its
polarities facing the wrong way
might cause fire or injury, or
damage to the surrounding area
due to the battery rupturing or
leaking.
