L Erasing Images

Select [Select and erase images].
X An image will be displayed.
If you press the <u> button and turn
the <6> dial counterclockwise, you
can select an image from a three-
image display. To return to the single-
image display, turn the <6> dial
clockwise.

Select the images to be erased.
Turn the <

> dial to select the image
to be erased, then press <
0
>.
X A checkmark [X] will be displayed on
the upper left of the screen.
To select other images to be erased,
repeat step 3.

Erase the image.
Press the <L> button, then press
[OK].
X The selected images will be erased in
one batch.
You can erase all the images in a folder or on a card at once. When
[31: Erase images] is set to [All images in folder] or [All images on
card], all the images in the folder or on the card will be erased.
3 Erasing All Images in a Folder or on a Card
To erase all images, including protected images, format the card (p.67).
When [All images on card] is selected, the images on the card selected
for [Record/play] or [Playback] under [51: Record func+card/folder
sel.] will be erased.
