[ 576i]: To use the 576i specification
(standard definition).
[ 1080i]: To use the full 1080i high
definition specification.
This setting will be unavailable while
the camcorder is connected to an
external device using the optional
HTC-100 HDMI Cable.
You can verify the specification of the
video output signal from the HDMI OUT
mini terminal.
You can verify the current version of the
camcorder’s firmware. This menu
option is usually grayed out.

Giving a Cinematic Look to your
Recordings
Give your recordings a cinematic look
by using the [ CINE MODE]
recording program. Combine this
recording program with the 25 fps
progressive frame rate [ PF25] to
get the enhanced effect of the 25p
Cinema Mode.
Using the [ CINE MODE] Recording
Program
With the [ CINE MODE] recording
program, the camcorder adjusts
various image settings to give a
cinematic look to your recordings.
