During pause in Movie Playback mode
[A Rec. Mode], [Q Playback] and [u Set-up] menu
My Menu
[My Menu] appears when a function has been saved in [My Menu] and the

button is pressed. You can go straight to the settings screen of the
function you use most frequently by saving that function in My Menu.
1 Press the 3 button.
The Menu screen appears.
2 Use the four-way controller (45) to choose a menu.

to choose the function you want to
save.
