Prerequisites
To succeed at these tasks, you must have Live Event user privileges. In addition:
• Your system administrator must:

Install a license to activate support for live events.
–
Configure a Cisco Digital Media Encoder (DME) and add it to Cisco Show and Share to create
DME live events, or setup a third-party encoder and streaming server to create non-DME live
events.
You must be signed-in as a Live Event user to manage live events in Cisco Show and Share. The Live
Event user can create, edit, publish, administer, and delete live events.
