effectivepixels.Thisleaveslessthan0.01%
ofpixelsthatmaynotlightormayremainon
allthetime.Thesephenomenaarenormaland
willhavenoeffectontheimagesyoushoot.

However,thisisnotadefect.

Thefollowingareallviewnderphenomena,
andarenotfaults.Furthermore,theyhave
noeffectonrecordingwiththiscameraoron
outputsignals.

Primarycolors(green,blue,red)maybe
seenincasessuchasmovingyourlineof
sightwithintheviewfinder.

Atlowtemperatures,thescreenmayappear
withapinktint.
·
Whenpowerisnotsuppliedtothecamera
blacklinesmayappearonthescreen.These
disappearwhenpowerissupplied.

Imagepersistencemayincreaseatlow
temperatures.Thisisnotafault.

Whenthecamerarecorderisverycold,the
LCDmonitorisdarkerthannormalimmediately
afterswitchingthepowerON.Astheinternal
temperatureincreasesitreturnstonormal.

Usetheviewnderthatbestsuitstheapplication

Using the viewnder
1 Set the POWER/MODE switch to ON and
check that images appear in the viewnder.
2 Adjust the viewnder’s angle so that the
screen is positioned where it is easiest to
see.

Youcanmovetheviewnderouttoabout
90degreesperpendiculartothecamera-
recorder.
3 Adjust the Viewnder diopter dial so that you
can see the characters on the viewnder
screen clearly.
