4 Change the internal clock setting as required.

Operations in the VTR menu not relating to the internal clock
Menu numbers 3 to 5 each include a number of functions. Each setting
is generally a binary choice (such as ON/OFF), but some settings have
three choices.
The following summarizes the procedure in these menus.
1 Access the VTR menu.
2 Press the ADVANCE button to move to the required menu number.
3 Press the SHIFT button repeatedly until the setting you wish to
change is flashing.
4 Press the ADVANCE button to change the setting.
5 Press the SHIFT button to advance to the last function in this
submenu.
6 Press the SHIFT button once more.
7 Exit the VTR menu.
