Troubleshooting and Support
I am having a
problem
installing or
using the
HP Image
Zone
software.
Refer to the computer
requirements (page 137).
Refer to the HP Customer
Support website:
www.hp.com/support
I receive an
error
message
when
transferring
images to my
computer.
A power surge
or electro-static
discharge may
have
interrupted the
transfer.
Close the HP Image Zone Transfer
software, disconnect the camera
from the computer (or remove it
from the camera dock), and reset
the camera (see page 136).
Then, restart the image transfer
process (see page 115).
