An existing connection was forcibly
closed by the remote host.
A connection attempt failed because
the connected party did not properly
respond after a period of time, or
established connection failed because
connected host has failed to respond.
No connection could be made because
the target machine actively refused it.
A socket operation failed because the
destination host was down.
A socket operation was attempted to an
unreachable host.
WSAStartup cannot function at this
time because the underlying system it
uses to provide network services is
currently unavailable.
No such host is known.
The requested name is valid, but no
data of the requested type was found.
The connection is disconnected by the
camera server due to camera server
restart or other cause. This may occur
when the camera server is restarted
using the restart button on the
configuration page on the software-side.
However, this rarely occurs.
A timeout occurred in the TCP
connection with the camera server (This
occurs when the camera server is down).
The camera server rejected the TCP
connection (This occurs when the port
number specification is incorrect or other
cause).
This is recorded when the camera server
is down (Normally, 10060 occurs).
There are no routes to connect to the
camera server (This may also occur
when there is a failure in the network
cable connected to the PC or HUB).
There is a failure on the PC network
board.
The host name in DNS could not be
resolved.
The host name in DNS could not be
resolved (11004 may occur instead of
11001 in 2003).
