Installing the Direct Print Program
Your PhotoPC 850Z comes with Direct Print Ver. 3.0
installed. If you uninstalled the program and want to
use it again, you can reinstall the program from the
included CD-ROM.
You can install Direct Print in your camera from your
computer using EPSON Program Uploader. This
utility is installed in your computer automatically
when you install the EPSON Photo!3. To install these
programs, see the
EPSON Photo!3/File Uploader3 User’s
Guide
.
You can also install the Direct Print program using a
memory card. For instructions on using these cards,
see “Copying or deleting programs using a memory
card” on page 6-3.
You can delete the Direct Print program from your
camera using the Program Uploader Utility. See the
EPSON Photo!3/File Uploader3 User’s Guide
for
instructions. You can also use your PhotoPC 850Z to
delete the program from a memory card. See
“Copying or deleting programs using a memory card”
on page 6-3.
Printing Your Images
The Direct Print program controls all the print settings
between your camera and the connected printer. After
accessing Direct Print, use it to select a format before
printing your images.
Accessing the Direct Print program
1. Connect your camera and printer. (See
“Connecting your camera to the printer” on page
4-3.)
2. Make sure the printer is off, then turn your
camera’s dial switch to .
3. Press
DirectPrint
. The Direct Print program’s top
menu appears on the monitor.
