Electronically controlled lens shutter with speeds ranging from 18 hours to 1/800 of a second including B- and T-mode.
TTL centre-weighted system. Can be used with the built-in ash or a wide variety of ashes compatible with the SCA3002 (Metz) system
using adapter SCA3902. Film speed range ISO16 to 6400. Flash output can be adjusted for ll-in purposes independent of ambient light.
The H1D has a built-in measurement system that measures ash light from non-TTL ashes, such as studio ashes.

The camera features two dot-matrix LCD’s that provide clear and easy-to-understand information to the user. One is located on the grip
and the other in the 90° viewnder. The magazine has a segment based LCD.
