6.8 System recovery
Using the Barco Recovery DVD will overwrite the system and restore it to its original factory
settings. All previously saved data will be erased.
NOTE:
Only use this recovery DVD after an error or a crash, and when nothing else is helping
• To recover the system, insert the Barco Recovery DVD into the DVD drive and restart the
system.
• Press enter when “Press any key to boot from CD or DVD” is displayed on the screen.
• When the System Recovery Options dialog is displayed select a keyboard input method
(language). Click Next to continue.
• When the System Recover Options dialog is displayed, asking to apply repairs and to
restart your computer. Click No to continue.
