Storing shooting settings
You can store your custom settings in the digital camera (original settings). Up to 3 different
custom settings can be stored. Also, you can edit your stored original settings and save the new
settings. Your original settings are selected using the same procedure as for the preset settings.

Adjust the various settings.
œ Adjust the various settings that appear on the Information Screen, such as resolution,
compression ratio, white balance, light measuring method, exposure control, etc.
œ When a preset setting is selected, the settings cannot be stored.

Set to a shooting mode, and press the MODE button for at least 2 seconds to display
the Information Screen (see page 42).
œ The current settings are shown on the Information Screen.

Press the SET button.
œ The Store Settings Screen appears.
œ Turn the jog dial to select a number to store your settings.
œ Screens (I to J) are for storing the settings.

Press the SET button.
œ “OVERWRITE?” appears on the screen.

Confirm the settings, and press the SET button.
œ The screen to enter a name for the settings appears.
œ Up to 6 characters can be entered for the name.
