4. Enter a login name for the user. (User names can be between 4 and 20 alphanumeric characters in length. User names cannot contain
spaces and special characters.)
5. Enter the user’s full name.
6. Enter a brief description for the user: Building 6 Security Guard as an example.
7. Enter a password for the user. (Passwords must be between six and ten characters in length and cannot contain spaces and special
characters.)
8. Re-enter the same password to confirm its validity.
9. Click Next. The access level screen of the New User dialog opens.
10. Select the user’s access level: Restricted, Standard, or Power.
11. Click Finish.
12. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.
