Exporting Current DVR Settings
To save current DVR configuration settings:
1. Select the Export radio button.
2. Select the check boxes of each configuration item you want to back up, or click Select All to export all settings.
3. Enter drive, path, and filename information into the text box (for example: C:\ DX8000\ Jan_2004_config).
4. Click Export Now.

To save current DVR settings by browsing for the appropriate drive and folder:
1. Select the Export radio button.
2. Select the check boxes of each configuration item you want to back up, or click Select All to export all settings.
3. Click Browse.

NOTE: Settings filenames follow standard Windows file-naming conventions.
