Starting the DX8000 PC Client Application
To start the DX8000 Client Application, double-click the DX8000 Client icon on your desktop.

To check the current version of software, go to Help > About.
IMPORTANT:
To avoid potential problems and conflicts within your computer’s video subsystem, run only one instance of the PC Client
application at a time.
NOTE:
Each time the PC Client application starts, the system will check the network to see if there is a newer version of the software
available for upgrade. If a new version is found, a message screen like the one in Figure 9 will appear. When this screen appears, click Yes
and the DX8000 PC Client software will automatically download the upgrade files, install them, and restart your computer.
