INSTALLATION
The first time you use a web browser to connect to a DVR server, an ActiveX
®
control application is downloaded and installed on your local
computer. This control facilitates usage of the web client’s interactive features.
To install the DX8000 Web Client application:
1. Start Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser.
2. Enter the IP address of one of the DX8000 servers you want to connect to in the address bar. The Enter Network Password dialog box
appears.

3. Click OK. The DX8000 Video Recorder dialog box opens.
NOTE: The DX8000 Web Client application is not compatible with Netscape Navigator.
