Adding Members to an E-Mail Group
Up to 32 members can be assigned to each e-mail group.
To add e-mail addresses to a group:
1. Select a group name from the drop-down box.
2. Ensure that the group check boxes under To and CC are unchecked.
3. Enter an e-mail address in the To or CC text boxes.
4. Click Add to Group.
5. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the screen.
