- If failures are occurring within 40ml ink throughput, improper cleaning
of electrical contacts on carriage or a connectivity problem probably
exists.
- Initially cartridges should be replaced, but further investigation is
required.
- Check ink lot codes with technical support to screen for contaminated
ink problems.
Ink Starvation
- Ensure cartridge is properly primed, run color test @100% in 2 pass
print mode. Verify a solid color pattern prints (ignore the poor quality of
color test - this test is used to check ink delivery system and cartridge
pressure only).
