11. Remove the black flat-head screws from the top of the Platen that
holds the left and right Drive Shaft Supports in place.
CAUTION
It may be necessary to loosen (do not remove) the screws
that secure the Y-Arm Assembly to the Platen so that the
Lower Drive Roller Assembly clears the ends of the screws
that protrude inside of the Platen when removing the Lower
Drive Roller Assembly.
CAUTION
It may be necessary to loosen (do not remove) the screws
that secure the left Leg Assembly to the Platen so that the
Lower Drive Roller Assembly clears the ends of the screws
that protrude inside of the Platen when removing the Lower
Drive Roller Assembly.
CAUTION
The Fan Assemblies will be removed at the same time that
the Lower Drive Roller Assembly is removed. Exercise
extreme care that the fan assemblies do not drop out of the
Platen when removing the Lower Drive Roller Assembly.
12. Carefully slide the Lower Drive Roller Assembly (and the Fan
Assemblies) out of the left side of the Platen.
