To Change Settings for All Print Jobs
1. From the Start menu select Settings, then
select Printers.
2. Right-click the ML-500 printer and select
Printing Preferences.
To Change Settings for the Current Print Job
1. From the File menu select Print.
2. Right-click the ML-500 printer and select
Printing Preferences.
Laying Out the Page
You can select portrait or landscape orientation for
your document page.
1. Display the Printing Preferences screen
(see page 95).
2. Click the Layout tab.
3. Select the orientation.
4. Click OK.
