Status Bar
The Status Bar, located at the bottom of the window,
provides helpful information about printing status.
The following table describes the Status Bar fields.
Showing or Hiding the Status Bar
✔ From the View menu select Status Bar.
Indicator Description
Jobs The total number of print jobs in the print
queue
Copies The total number of copies for all print jobs
in the print queue
Server The current state of the ML-500 Print
Server (Running, Suspended, or Force
Printing)
Printer The current state of the printer status
(Ready, Initializing, Printing, Printing
Stopped, Canceling, Setup, Cooling, Not
Found)
Media The current state of the ribbon and paper
media (OK, Low, Empty, Unknown)
