COMMAND DESCRIPTION
router ospf Enters sub-command mode.
[no] network interface area IP Adds the specified interface to the specified area. The no
command removes the specified interface from the
specified area.
[no] area IP [{stub | nssa}] Creates the specified area and sets it to the indicated type.
The
no command removes the area.
[no] area IP authentication Enables text authentication in the specified area. The no
command disables authentication in the specified area.
[no] area IP authentication message-
digest
Enables MD5 authentication in the specified area. The
no
command disables authentication in the specified area.
[no] area IP authentication
authentication-key authkey
Sets the password for text authentication in the specified
area. The
no command clears the password.
[no] area IP authentication message-
digest-key <1..255> md5 authkey
Sets the MD5 ID and password for MD5 authentication in
