Macro Mode
+ Macro Mode function works in a (Program), it, (Movie), MySET,M, S,A and
SCENE(CLOSE-UP only) modes.
4, The MacroFocusing mode allows the userto take aclose-up image of adetailed subject.
+ Your camera can focus on subjects asclose as 4cm (about 1.57inches).
1. Set the Power switchto O (CAMERA).
2. Set the Mode Dial to a (Program), _, (Movie), MySET,M, SorA.
3. Movethe Joystick tothe right.
• The Macro mode (_) icon will be displayed.

4. Frame your subjectand close-upby zooming in or out if required.
5. Press the PHOTO button to take the close-up picture.
6. To exit Macro mode, move the Joystick to the rightagain.
• The Macro mode (_)icon will be disappeared.
