The Camcorder : Basic Recording

+ The FADE function works only in REC mode.
+ You can giveyour recordinga professional look by using special effects
such as fadein at the beginning of a sequence or fade out at the end of
asequence.
To Start Recording
1. Set the Power switch to REC.
2. Before recording,hold down the FADE button.
• The picture and sound gradually disappear (fadeout).
3. Pressthe Start/Stop button and at the same time
release the FADEbutton.
Recordingstarts andthe picture and soundgradually
appear (fadein).
To Stop Recording(use Fade In/Fade Out)
4. When you wish to stop recording,holddown the
FADEbutton.
• The picture and sound gradually disappear (fadeout).
5. When the picture has disappeared,
pressthe Start]Stop button to stop recording.
