When this occurs, replace the Lithium batterywith type CR2025.
1. Remove the Lithium-ionbattery fromthe rear of the Camcorder.
2. Openthe Lithium batterycover on the rear of the Camcorder.
3. Positionthe Lithiumbattery in the Lithium batteryholder,with the positive (:)
terminalface up.
4. Closethe Lithium batterycover.

+ You needto insertor replacethe Lithium battery when:
- You purchase the Camcorder.
- The remotecontrol doesn'twork.
+ Positionthe Lithium batteryin the Lithium batteryholder,with the positive (tj)
terminalface up.
+ Be careful not to reverse the polarity of the battery.
