Alternatively, in the IVR Services list, right-click the Conference IVR Service and then select Set
Default Conference IVR Service.

To select the Default Entry Queue IVR Service:
● In the IVR Services list, select the Entry Queue IVR Service to be defined as the default, and then
click Set Default Entry Queue IVR Service
